It is our goal that you love your purchase, but if not, you may return it on the following conditions:
- All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached. (If any tags are attached)
- Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition. If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.
- Items are shipped back within 14 days from the date the package was delivered for US Orders and within 30 days for International Orders.
- Anything after the allowed return time period will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days.
- All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds.
To initiate a return, you must submit a return request to email@example.com. Once authorized we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the applied store credit.
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 3-5 business days.
We will then email you (to the email address provided during checkout) when your store credit has been applied.
